Refunds

If it is not right, tell us.

Court Logic sells digital downloads. This page explains when you get your money back. Nothing here reduces the rights you already have under consumer law.

Your legal rights come first

If you are buying as a consumer, you have guarantees under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded or limited by anything written on this page. What you buy must be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose it is sold for, and match the way it was described.

Where it is not, you are entitled to a remedy — a correction, a replacement, or a refund — depending on how serious the problem is. If you are buying from outside New Zealand you may have equivalent rights under your own consumer law, and this policy does not take them away.

When we refund in full

Get in touch and we will refund you if:

  • a file will not download, or will not open in a standard PDF reader
  • what you received does not match what this site described — wrong content, missing pages, or a missing file
  • you were charged twice for the same purchase
  • you bought the wrong product by mistake and have not downloaded it
  • something is wrong that we cannot put right in a reasonable time

Refunds are returned to the payment method you used. Payment providers usually take several business days to show it.

Changing your mind

A digital download cannot be handed back — once you have the files, you keep them. So a change of mind is not something we can generally refund after you have downloaded.

That is exactly why there is a free preview. It contains real pages from the kit — the cover, the practice framework, a complete practice, and a planner page you can type into — so you can judge the material properly before paying. Read it first.

If you have bought something, genuinely have not used it, and it is not what you hoped for, ask anyway. We would rather sort it out than leave you feeling stuck with it.

Buying from the EU or the UK

Distance purchases there normally carry a 14-day right to cancel. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download starts with your agreement. If your download never started, the right still stands and we will refund you.

Where a refund will not usually apply

  • Deciding the coaching approach is not for you, where the product matched its description and the preview showed you what it was.
  • Buying the standalone planner and then buying the kit, which also includes the planner. Check what you already own before you buy.
  • A PDF reader that does not support form fields. The planner needs one that does, or you can print it and write on it. Tell us before asking for a refund — this is usually fixable in a couple of minutes.

Using what you buy

Print it as much as you like — the planner is designed for it, and you will want copies on the court.

One purchase covers you and the coaches on your staff at one program. Share it with your assistants, run sessions from it, print it for them. What it does not cover is passing it beyond your own coaching group — posting it in coaching forums or shared drives, or reselling it.

If you are buying for a school or a club with several teams, email hello@courtlogic.shop and we will sort something out.

How to ask

Email hello@courtlogic.shop with your order number and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days.

You can also raise it directly with the payment provider that processed your order.

Honest limits

We will not refuse a refund simply because a file has been downloaded, where the reason for asking is that it was faulty or not as described. We do not use countdowns, invented discounts or false scarcity, and we make no promise that the material will improve any team's results — you adapt it and judge it for your own group.
